Halloween in July

I'm SOOO excited. Hubby and I just came up with the perfect Halloween costume for Boo this year. Granted, it's not incredibly unique or creative, but it is perfect. I can't share yet, because I want to go out and get the costume before they are all gone in his size. I'm so giddy I'm giggling. I love being a mom. This photo is him on Halloween last year (Boo, not hubby :)

Dig your blog. As a soon-to-be fellow P-town mama, I also can't wait to get an adorable costume! I just don't know how big my babe will be by then.....can't wait to see what you have come up with!

It's fun to shop for costumes. Last year, my 2-year old son went as Pongo from 101 Dalmations. He loves to look at dalmation dogs, and I thought he would be thrilled with it, but it actually took me a while to coax him into it. I think he was puzzled by what a costume represents since it was the first time that we had taken him trick-or-treating.

I'm assuming P-town refers to PDX. If so, we just moved here ourselves...last Thursday as a matter-of-fact! The area that we live in doesn't seem like it has a lot of kids, so we'll have to probably drive somewhere for the kids to go trick-or-treating.

Hey Betty, yes P-town is PDX. I fantasize about P-town someday being Paris or Porto, Portugal, but for now PDX rocks. Welcome to the city! Oh, and last year we took Boo to the Zoo for trick-or-treating during the day and it was great, since we didn't have a lot of kids in our old neighborhood.
